About Us

A Butterfly Effect, Inc. was established to meet the growing demand for efficient, well-executed home staging backed by decades of industry experience.

As a family-owned business, we have been part of the furniture industry since 1994, operating in the City of San Fernando. Through that experience, we developed a deep understanding of how to furnish and present spaces in a way that is both functional and visually appealing.

In 2022, after a steady increase in staging requests, we launched A Butterfly Effect, Inc. as a dedicated staging division—allowing us to better serve clients with a more focused and streamlined approach.

We work with investors, property owners, and listing agents who value reliability, efficiency, and competitive pricing. With direct access to our own inventory, we’re able to offer quick turnaround times while maintaining a consistent level of quality across every project.

As a licensed real estate professional, we also bring an added layer of insight—understanding not just how a space should look, but how it should be positioned for the market.

We approach every project with intention—delivering staging that supports both presentation and performance.

Design Collaboration*

For select projects, we collaborate with experienced design professionals to provide an additional layer of design support when requested.

*Design services are available at the client’s discretion and are quoted separately.

We have partnered with DLC Design to support projects that require a more tailored design approach.

We’ve created a streamlined process to make staging straightforward and stress-free. With clear communication and thoughtful execution at every step, we help bring your property to market quickly and with confidence.

1. Inquiry & Project Overview

Submit your request with property details. We review the scope, timeline, and staging needs to determine the best approach.

2. Quote & Scheduling

You’ll receive a clear proposal based on your project. Once approved, we coordinate scheduling and next steps.

3. Installation

Our team handles delivery and staging—creating a clean, cohesive, and market-ready presentation.

4. Listing Ready & Removal

Your property is ready for photography and showings. At the end of the staging term, we coordinate a smooth and timely removal.
